This magnet size makes for a good save the date magnet. Big enough for a nice design + more than a snippit of wording. With a reasonable amount of space for photos and wording, plus the fact that these are easy to mail, this is *the* most popular size for save the date magnets.

The envelopes priced out in the chart are 80lb white with a peel-n-seal feature to make life easier. These envelopes are the minimum mailing size with USPS. You should be able to mail these magnets out alone in the envelopes with 1 stamp (as of the beginning of 2012- things could change).

Production time: Production typically takes a good 1 week for the minumum quantity, 1.5 weeks for an order of 100+, 2 weeks for 200+. This production time begins after the design is finalized and the order is placed.
Design time: "Design time" refers to how long it takes to finalize your personalized or custom design after you contact me. This time is entirely variable depending on how many changes you request after seeing the initial proof. When you visit the contact page, check out current posted response times.
Custom printed sample magnets are available for this size, for $15 (with a discount on the full order). Let the designer know that you are interested as we get close to finalizing your design. Otherwise, you can order sample magnets that would have any random design on them for just a few bucks.

Here at STDO, when it comes to custom printed products, designs are finalized prior to the customer placing an order. When you find a design you like on the designs page, click on it, and then use the "Request a personalized proof" link to get started. If you are interested in a custom design, you must contact the designer via email. Proofs are emailed to customers (an email address that you check regularly is needed!). When we have a design finalized and you are ready to order, an order page with your production times, cost, product(s) description, and other details will be set up. There is a limit to the number of free emailed proofs.
