With many other websites of this nature, the order is first placed, then the design is finalized. Instead, with this website, you and I must finalize your personal design(s) before you can order. Hence, there is no shopping cart, and this requires one-on-one contact with me.

My response times are currently 2-4 days unless I am on a hiatus. Any vacation or hiatus dates will generally be posted on the front page.

Please note: If you are not willing to wait 4 days for a response, please do not contact me. I am happy to work with anyone, but I have set out to offer free design work; People who leave me working on designs after they have already ordered elswhere make this mighty difficult. My service works great for people who have the time- if you do not, simply do not contact me.

Communication is done via email simply because that is the mode of communication easiest for showing images and design work. Keep in mind that it will probably take a couple emails back and forth to finalize your design.

· If you are just inquiring about production times, check out the general details page.

· If you are contacting me for design work, including the date of your event in the title can be helpful.

· If you want to get started on design work right away, also include in your email your design ideas and the text you would like to see on your design. That way, if it's possible for me to get started without asking you for any clarification on the details, I will.

· If you are looking for a quote, please, please include both the product you are interested in, and the quantity. I need this to give you a quote. Instead of just asking for a quote regarding magnets, please tell me what size you are interested in- I offer several different sizes. For such inquiries, the general pricing page can often be helpful.

· Repeat emails: Note that gmail bundles all the emails you send with the same title together. Normally, this is a great feature, but it has a drawback in a specfic instance. If you email me, then 4 days later email me again with the same title (maybe forwarding your last email), your email(s) will only appear in my inbox with the date of the latest email. If I have not gotten through all the emails on the day you first emailed me, I might not realize you've emailed again. Not knowing, I would find your email several days later, going through emails I've received with the same date as the second time you emailed. This doesn't mean you should change your email's title every time you email. This just means that if it's been 3-4 days since you last emailed, and you want to email again, change the title.

· If you have sent several emails over say, a week or two, and receive no response: First an foremost, check your spam/junk folder. If my emails are being automatically sorted there, you will never see them. There have been a few cases where customers were obviously not receiving my emails, but there is nothing I can do on my end if the emails are being automatically sent to your spam/junk folder. It could also just be that one email has gone astray in cyberspace- this has happened.
