Through 2008-2009, there were a few pages where Angela would post a quote and a little graphic of the project. These pages are still available: Page 1, Page 2. Now, you can leave feedback at soo many places, that those pages are no longer updated.
Aside from the above, you can check out some reviews and comments about Save the Date Originals on third party sites like... facebook, wedding review sites like WeddingWire, on the etsy shop, and, there are also some reviews/ratings from 2007-2009 on Google Checkout.
